Founded by Martina Mondadori, Christoph Radl and Gianluca Reina in 2014, Cabana Magazine aims to inspire a new generation of globe trotters, taking them on a journey through sophistication, obsessive collecting, colours and fabrics. Cabana is about intimacy, exploring the close relationship each person has with interiors and design. Not only big and grand rooms, but the small detail or object in a corner that makes a room feel unique and yet personal. 

In keeping with Cabana tradition, the story of our Blossom plates begins with the discovery of a wonderful antique piece: in this instance, a vintage plate that Martina Mondadori found in her grandmother’s kitchen cabinet. The dinner plate’s floral motifs of deep blue and green, typical of handmade Italian ceramics, have been given a modern burst of extra colour but retain every ounce of their rustic charm. These plates are produced exclusively for Cabana in Umbria, where a small team of artisans paints each piece by hand. Typifying Cabana's ethos of collaboration with local craftspeople, each Blossom plate stands as a unique testament to the marriage of history and innovation that defines Cabana.
