Alain Saint-Joanis was founded in 1876 in Auvergne, France, and has been designing and crafting exceptional cutlery from rare, high-quality materials ever since. The family-owned Alain Saint-Joanis draws inspiration from the historic cutlery on display at the Thiers Cutlery Museum to create functional and evocative cutlery.

The Béatrix Collection is hand assembled, hand polished, and 18/10 stainless plated featuring sleek lines and curved edges.
